"I was looking for new car insurance, and instantly my phone was bombarded with calls and emails from a ton of pushy salesman. But not Kolton from State Farm. He had a very calm and cool demeanor, and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly but concisely. He went out of his way to make sure that what I needed was the forefront of the conversation instead of trying to pummel me with a bunch of things that I didn’t want or need. "Great experience with state farm kolton blickenstaff's office. Everything was set up for my repairs to my vehicle after a small mishap, did not have to make any calls to collision center or car rental, everybody was waiting on me. "I put in a claim, Kolton nor his staff put forth any effort to follow through with anything. The first contractor that State Farm supplied would not return any calls and never answered the phone after a no call/no show. After a couple months, they supplied a new contractor whom did show. Everything was fine, but they only wanted to replace the one or two siding panels that were falling off the house. Not the brick blown off from the chimney, not the wood around the house that got pelted by hail and fell apart, just some pieces of siding out of probably 4-5 pieces that came loose during a storm. One that is bent really bad. The contractor came and took some of the panel so he could match it (after a couple weeks). Of course, he stopped responding and the contractor company would not return calls. You can't ask a contractor to find color matching siding from over a decade ago, its not feasible at all. So they just abandoned it altogether. It sucks, but what contractor wants to perfectly color match siding? I kind understand that. Kolton and his team said that some of the paneling was due to wood rot, but all of the loose paneling is literally 20-30ft from any external wood at all. I'm willing to provide pictures for evidence. Zero wood. They saw some external wood rot and made that an excuse for not having to replace vinyl siding that hooks into itself. Wood rot is your excuse, really? As of this moment, this team refuses to come to bat for their clients, and just relays excuses to the client. Doesn't put up a fight at all. Unless this changes somehow, this rating stays."

"Hi Cameron, I’m sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, we are not the decision makers when it comes to what is covered and what is not covered. However, we would be more than happy to help and have gone to bat for you with the claims department on multiple occasions for this claim. If you believe there is additional damage that wasn’t accounted for we need a photo report and an estimate to provide to State Farm. Based on the conversation I had with claims last night (9/10) you understood that wood rot is not a covered loss based on conversations you had with State Farm claims. Again, our office does not make claim determination. For you to claim that we have not gone to bat for you minimizes the efforts of my team. We communicated with State Farm claims on 5/16, 5/20, 6/17, 7/8, 7/9, 8/9, 8/13, 8/15, and 8/19. The times we spoke to you, claims also spoke to you on those days and mentioned they had reviewed with you what was and was not covered. Again if you have a photo report and a estimate we would gladly provide that to our claims team. "

"This office patiently and professionally quoted all our personal lines insurance these past two years and did not prevail. This year, bingo! Not only were the premiums very competitive, but Thomas was prompt, courteous and responsive. The new policy set up, apps, etc , effortless. We are hoping for a long term relationship. Nice job, SF - Westfield! We have utilized the Ting service, a complimentary service from SF. Our reluctance and skepticism has been replaced with acceptance and thankfulness. A detected electric arc, was remedied by our electrician, Ashpaugh, paid for by Ting. Nice."

"Called to get a quote on Insurance which I got a quote found somebody cheaper on Insurance told Kolton that I did not need his insurance and he keeps on calling me he will not stop will not ever use this agent."

"Kolton was amazing. He called a month ago and tried to get me the best rate he could and at the time due to a previous driver record he was unable to get a rate that was lower than what I already had. He waited the month until that fell off my record and called me back to try again and was able to save me almost $100 a month from what I was already paying and I recieve twice the benefits I did before! He's checked up on me several times since and has been so kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend. 👌"
